Eligibility for 12 Month Prescriptions
From February, some long‑term medicines in New Zealand can be prescribed for up to 12 months at a time. This makes it easier for many people to get their regular medicines without needing frequent GP visits. However, not all medicines are safe to prescribe for a full year. Some require regular blood tests, dose adjustments, or close monitoring to keep you safe. Discuss with your GP if you feel you may be eligible.
ADHD – What’s changing in February 2026
Trained GPs and Nurse Practitioners will be able to diagnose and treat ADHD for people 18 or older. Our clinic will not be offering ADHD Diagnostic Assessments due to capacity constraints as we continue to focus on core primary care services. We will continue to facilitate ADHD specialist assessment referrals.

We would like to reassure you that our H365 patient portal is not implicated by the recent Manage My Health patient portal breach. H365 patient portal is a secure and completely independent patient portal system.
Measles
⚠️ Measles is circulating in Aotearoa ⚠️Two doses of the measles vaccine protect about 99% of people. We can check your records and help you catch up if needed.
If you have a fever AND a rash (or think you might have measles), do NOT enter the practice. Measles is highly contagious. 📞 Call us first from outside on 09 320 0168.
