Our fees are based on 15-minute consultations and are valid from 12th August 2024
If you have multiple problems or need extra time, please book a double appointment.
To minimize your costs to visit your GP, please ensure that you have enrolled with us in order to qualify for the government subsidy and lower fees.
NEW PATIENT FEES
For your first appointment you will see our HCA or Nurse for a 15 minute appointment followed by your new GP for a 30 minute appointment. The cost of your first appointment will be $100.00 (18 to 65+), $70.00 (14-17 years). CSC Holders $50.00 (18 to 65+), $40.00 (14-17 years). There after, normal consult fees will apply.
Cheaper fees for Community Service Card holders & dependents and Zero fees for under 14s
Stonefields Medical Centre have implemented the government proposal for reduced fees for Community Services Card holders and Zero Fees for Under 14's from the 1st December 2018.
Enrolled adult CSC holders now pay a consultation fee of just $19.50 and enrolled youth aged 14-17 will pay $13 for for a standard day time nurse or GP consultation. Prescription fees have also been discounted. Please ensure that your Community Services Card is current.

The zero fees initiative applies to a standard daytime consultation with a GP or nurse if you are enrolled with us. After-hours and casual consultations are excluded from this policy.

Requesting a Repeat Prescription
Best way to order your repeat prescription is through the Prescription Line and via the online H365 Portal
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept repeat prescription requests via email. Please do not be offended if you receive an automated response advising you how to request your repeat prescription.

Call us on 09 320 0168 and press option 1.
Leave a message and clearly state the following.
Your name and date of birth
Medications needed
Pharmacy you would like to collect from
H365 Portal
Log in to the H365 portal where all your regular medications should be listed and order via the portal.
Prescription Line and H365 Portal are monitored and checked by our Nursing Team closely throughout the day.
Requests usually take up to 48hrs to process. Once your GP has reviewed your request you will be informed if it has been approved or if you need to book an appointment.
If you are needing your prescription sooner, please state you need an “urgent prescription”. These incur an extra charge and will be processed within 24hrs.
Payment is expected at the end of each consultation or upon request of a script/ referral letter. We accept cash, EFTPOS or payment through internet banking, and can take credit/debit card payments over the phone. Please be aware as of 1st July 2023 a surcharge of 1% will incur if you use your credit card or pay wave to settle your account.

If paying online, please include your name or patient chart number as a reference. A $15 administration fee applies to any accounts not paid within 30 days. If the account remains overdue after 90 days, a further $30 administration fee will be charged and referral to a debt collection agency will be made.
